Other forms of electronic payments charge a percentage of each transaction to the payor, and the to the recipient. Typically these fees are approximately 2.75% of the amount. The financial industry refers to these fees as "Interchange" fees. Billee charges a per transaction flat fee! No other charge! Whatever the payment amount....it's a very low flat fee.
